Inflatable Rubber Water Ring

The ring is abrasion resistant. Inflatable ring is usuaaly made of NR and synthetic rubber.

  

The inflatable ring can be divided into several types according to their cross sections:

dished,  mountain shaped, square shaped and circle shaped rings.

The inflatable ring is usually made of the mixed material of NR and synthetic rubber. Its service temperature is range from -55°c to +80°c and its agents can be water, air or other fluids.

Air calve is an important part for inflatable ring, which transfers compressed air into the hollow center of  the ring so that the ring can be expanded. The ring can return to its original state.

In order to avoid from hurting or puncturing the ring,  the groove for installing the ring of dished type shall be smooth and even.

The service life of the inflatable ring is 3 years under normal conditions.
